Privacy notice

Last updated: 2026-07-14

This notice covers drakariscasinos.co, the website you are reading. Your gaming account is governed by the privacy policy published on the platform itself, which is a separate document with a separate controller.

What we collect here

This is an information page, so the amount of personal data involved is small.

• Technical data gathered automatically by the web server: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, date and time of the request. It is used to keep the site running, to detect abuse and to produce aggregate visit statistics.
• Data you send us when you write to [email protected]: your email address and whatever you choose to include in the message.
• Cookie and storage data as described in our cookie notice.

This website runs no registration forms, asks for no payment details and collects no identity documents. If a page claiming to be us asks for any of those, it is not us.

Why we may use it

Technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure website. Correspondence is processed so that we can answer you. Non-essential cookies are used only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

How long it is kept

Server logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted or anonymised. Email correspondence is kept while the matter is open and for a reasonable period afterwards so that a follow-up can be answered in context.

Who else sees it

Hosting and security providers process data on our behalf under contract. Personal data is never sold. Where a provider operates outside your country, transfers are made under the safeguards required by applicable data protection law.

Your rights

Subject to the law that applies to you, you can ask for a copy of the data we hold, ask for corrections, ask for deletion, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw cookie consent. Write to [email protected]; we may need to confirm your identity before acting, and we answer within the statutory period.

If you are not satisfied with our answer you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Children

The site is not directed at anyone under 19 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has sent us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.
