Terms of service

Last updated: 2026-06-20

These terms apply to your use of drakariscasinos.co, the website you are reading now. They are written in plain language on purpose: a document nobody finishes reading protects nobody.

1. What this website is

This website is the information page of Drakaris Casino. It explains what the platform offers, how deposits and withdrawals work, what the bonus mechanics involve and which licence sits behind the brand. It is not a comparison site and it does not rank competitors.

Accounts are opened, funded and used on the gaming platform itself, not here. This website carries no login form, no registration form and no cashier. We will never ask for your password, your card details or a one-time code on these pages, and any page that does so while claiming to be us should be treated as fraudulent.

2. Who may use it

The site is intended for adults aged 18+ and over. Gambling is restricted or prohibited in many jurisdictions, and it is your responsibility to know the rules that apply where you are. Reading this page does not make gambling lawful in your country, and nothing here should be read as legal advice.

3. Accuracy and changes

We keep this page current to the best of our ability, but the platform's terms, payment methods, promotions and game catalogue change without notice, and this page will sometimes lag behind. Where this page and the platform's own terms disagree, the platform's terms prevail. Payout times, bonus conditions and available methods described here are indicative, not guarantees.

Licence numbers are not published on this website. A number reproduced from a third party cannot be verified by copying it; if you want to check a licence, take the details from the platform's own footer and look them up in the issuing authority's public register.

4. Bonuses and promotions

Every promotion described here is subject to the terms published in the platform's cashier at the moment you opt in. Those terms govern wagering requirements, maximum stakes, game weighting, expiry and any cap on withdrawable winnings. No promotional codes appear here, because none are issued.

5. Links and third parties

Links on this site lead to the gaming platform and are marked as sponsored. We are not responsible for the content, availability or policies of any third-party website reached from here, including sites that copy our name or design.

6. Liability

This website is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for losses arising from the use of the information published here, from gambling itself, or from the unavailability of the platform. Gambling costs money over time; no page, guide or bonus changes that arithmetic.

7. Complaints and contact

Questions about this website go to [email protected]. Complaints about a gaming account, a payment or a bonus must go through the platform's own complaints procedure, because that is the only route that can act on your account. Put anything that concerns money in writing so that a record exists.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date above shows the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the version then published.
